ABDON

About

The sound

Abdon is the DJ and producer Abdon Moreno, from Málaga in southern Spain. His music brings together minimal, deep-tech and tech-house influences, with releases on labels including elrow Music, Nervous, Bandidos, Reecords and Whoyostro. His catalogue includes Don Stephen, Yeezy and the Rush on Me release, which also contains Fifteen Years with Us and Never with Sebastian Rivero. His artist profile documents performances across Europe and Latin America, including venues in Paris, Rotterdam, Düsseldorf, Madrid and Barcelona. Recorded sets in his own archive include sessions at Input Barcelona, Fabrik Madrid and Lula The Club. Resident Advisor also records the alias Nodba alongside his main identity. Those studio releases and longer club recordings provide two ways into his work: individual productions and the selections he makes across a DJ set.
