About
The sound
Adam Port is a DJ and producer associated with Berlin's Keinemusik collective, alongside &ME, Rampa and Reznik. His music moves within house and techno while drawing on a wider listening background that includes dub, dancehall, rap, soul and psychedelic rock. That range of influences gives his production and selection a musical vocabulary beyond a single club genre. Keinemusik provides a central outlet for his records, while his release history also includes Freerange, Pets, Cocoon and Moon Harbour. His work connects the collective's shared creative environment with an individual approach to groove, arrangement and DJ selection. Across productions and sets, Port follows changing musical interests rather than restricting his work to one fixed sound, allowing different rhythms and influences to remain part of the same artistic practice.
