About

The sound

Afrojack is a Dutch DJ and producer whose work spans electronic club music and collaborations with pop and hip-hop artists. Take Over Control with Eva Simons was a breakthrough record in 2010, followed by credits on Pitbull’s Give Me Everything and David Guetta’s Hey Mama. His debut album Forget the World arrived in 2014 and included Ten Feet Tall featuring Wrabel; later album projects include Press Play. Alongside his own releases, he developed WALL Recordings as a platform for music and artists. Jacked Radio offers an extended listening archive alongside the singles and recorded DJ mixes in his catalogue. His recent releases include Our Time, Awake Tonight, Monopoly Man and To The Front. He also works with Gregor Salto as AFROSALTO, a separate shared project whose recordings include All Good Things with Mednas. These different strands connect his own productions, collaborative records, radio selections and label work.
