About

The sound

Alex Wann is a Parisian DJ and producer whose house music combines tribal percussion, vocal elements and melodic atmosphere with a direct club groove. His 2023 rework of Kelis's Milkshake became an important early record in his catalogue, followed in 2024 by My Love and Set Me Free. The latter also received a remix from CamelPhat, connecting his original work with another perspective on the track. His release history includes Defected and Positiva, alongside official remixes for Swedish House Mafia, BLOND:ISH and Adriatique. Moon and The City added further material in 2025. Across collaborations, remixes and his own productions, Wann works with a balance of percussion, melody and vocals, shaping records that retain a clear dancefloor focus without reducing his music to a single production format.
