Andrés Campo is a Spanish DJ and producer from Huesca with roots in trance, acid and the resident-DJ culture of the 1990s. His early listening combined family disco records, pirate radio and cassettes passed down by his brother. Working as Kuki, he built his craft through long vinyl sets and local club residencies before developing the Andrés Campo project. His Florida 135 residency began in 2012 and became an important part of his career. In the studio, releases such as Dashit on Mindshake and Pachamama and Vamped on Odd Recordings sit alongside work for Second State, Intec and Mood. In 2019 he co-founded EI8HT with Eats Everything. His Alma Bakala project and documentary revisit the musical background associated with Kuki, placing his earlier influences alongside a production catalogue that extends across groove-led house and heavier techno.
