About
The sound
ANNĒ is the techno project of Anna Trimi, a DJ and producer born and raised in Thessaloniki. She began DJing in 2012, initially exploring house and disco before developing a sound informed by Detroit techno and records from the 1990s and early 2000s. Juan Atkins, Jeff Mills, Robert Hood and Derrick May are among the influences she has named. Her commitment to production grew in 2017, supported by a continuing creative exchange with Sera J. Their Symbiosis releases form part of a catalogue that also includes Fairy Dust, Chicago 1980 and Sleepwalkers. She later founded Blind Harmonies, introducing the label with the four-track Metallic Tapes EP in 2026. Alongside her studio work, recorded mixes and sets document her approach to groove, emotional expression and the connection between the DJ booth and the dance floor.
