Apache

About

The sound

Apache is a French DJ and producer based in Miami, also credited as APACHE (FR) on listening platforms. He founded Soundtuary, bringing his musical selection together with a wider creative project. His approach combines African rhythmic influences, tribal house and deep tropical grooves, with an emphasis on the exchange of energy between the DJ booth and the dancefloor. His artist statement connects that experience with images of nature, from beaches and forests to desert landscapes. Nothing On Me, made with Maz, MAXI MERAKI and Tabia, appears alongside I Need You in his recording catalogue. Recorded sets provide another view of his work, including a collaboration with Vanjee at Experience Incendia in Austin and a Soundtuary Miami session. His personal music hub brings those recordings together, while Soundtuary maintains separate shared music channels and a radio playlist. Those two identities connect his solo practice with the project he established.
