ATÉ

About

The sound

ATÉ is an Athens DJ and producer associated with Velocity Collective. Her sound connects the weight of 1990s techno with contemporary rhythm, her own vocals and textures from electric guitar and bass. Alongside DJ performances and releases through Exhale and 44 Label Group, she develops ATAXIA, a live audiovisual project bringing these elements into a different stage format.

ATÉ’s work connects club music with instruments and voice. Her production and performances draw on 1990s techno, combining its heavy rhythmic foundation with contemporary structures. Her own vocals, electric guitar and electric bass add textures that sit alongside the electronic sounds.

She is associated with Athens’ Velocity Collective and has released music through 44 Label Group and Exhale Records, including the track Mess. Her documented performance history includes Tresor and Sisyphos in Berlin, The Great Northern in San Francisco and Café Gallery in Tbilisi. She also appeared in the programme of SNF Nostos 2026.

ATAXIA extends her practice into a live audiovisual show. The project brings performance and visual presentation together, providing another way to develop the relationship between physical playing and electronic club rhythm. Her DJ sets, recordings and live work form distinct parts of the same musical practice.
