About

The sound

Avangart Tabldot is an Istanbul trio formed by childhood friends Ata, Aytek and Semih. Their creative backgrounds extend into fashion, filmmaking, painting and visual art, while their shared musical project moves through melodic house, techno and indie dance. Each member brings a different collection of influences to their productions and DJ sets, with groove providing the common thread. In 2023 they launched Crib Records with the three-track EP My God, You Never Loved Me. Their catalogue also includes Secret Places with Echonomist on Innervisions and an official anniversary remix of Hall & Oates’ Out Of Touch for RCA Records. Alongside their releases, they developed Looking For A Crib, a project connecting the label’s music with their approach to selecting and presenting artists.
