About

The sound

Bastian Bux is a Barcelona DJ and producer whose music moves through house, funk, disco and more minimal club sounds. His releases began appearing in 2015, developing a style in which rhythmic detail and a firm groove take precedence over a single narrow genre. His DJ work and production share that interest in connecting different shades of house music. His catalogue includes Cause on Desolat, Dunns on Hottrax and About Us on Edible. Those records sit alongside work on Petit Comité, the label and event platform he founded. Good Things, with Baum and IDA fLO, is part of that catalogue, bringing collaboration into a project that also functions as a community around the music. Bux has also been associated with elrow as a resident DJ.
