About
The sound
Benji B is a British DJ, broadcaster and producer whose work also extends into musical direction. Radio and club culture run through his career: his BBC Radio 1 programmes provide a place for new music and varied selections, while his DJ sets bring those interests into a live setting. In 2007 he founded Deviation with host Judah, creating a club platform associated with his wider musical community. His production work includes contributions to Kanye West’s Yeezus and The Life of Pablo, connecting the worlds of radio selection, studio collaboration and popular music. He has also worked on music for fashion, including Celine during Phoebe Philo’s tenure and Louis Vuitton with Virgil Abloh.
