About

The sound

Benny Benassi is an Italian electronic producer whose catalogue connects club production with vocal collaborations. Satisfaction, released in 2002, became a defining early record, bringing his electronic sound to a wider audience. The albums Hypnotica, Rock N Rave, Electroman and Danceaholic document different stages of that development. Cinema, made with Gary Go, became another widely recognised part of his catalogue and was also remixed by Skrillex. His collaborators include Madonna, Chris Brown, John Legend, Ne-Yo, Kelis and T-Pain, alongside fellow electronic producer David Guetta. Across those partnerships, he has worked with artists from pop, R&B and dance music.
