About
The sound
Binh is a Düsseldorf-born, Berlin-based DJ and producer whose selections move through house, techno and electro. He began his DJ career with a residency at Düsseldorf’s Tribehouse before relocating to Berlin. Record digging is central to his approach, with an emphasis on less familiar music and the connections that emerge across a long set. He founded Time Passages in 2014, developing a catalogue of stripped-back house and techno. In 2024 he introduced Time Passages X, a separate imprint built around a limited annual release. His own production work includes releases for Cabaret Records, Perlon and My Own Jupiter, as well as the Treatment project. The label and his DJ practice share an interest in detailed, understated club music.
