About
The sound
Bridge is the DJ Bridget Kyeremateng, born in Italy and shaped by time in California and New York. Her selections move through classic and gospel house, disco and ballroom, with an emphasis on the Black communities and musical histories behind those sounds. That perspective informs both her sets and the context she brings to them. She founded UPLIFTED and co-founded PowerHaus, extending her work from the booth into spaces built around music and community. Her recorded performances include sets for Book Club Radio and The Lot Radio, while appearances alongside artists such as Stacey Hotwaxx Hale connect her practice with established voices in house music.
