Chicane is the long-running electronic project of English musician and producer Nicholas Bracegirdle. Bracegirdle's work connects trance, house, ambient and Balearic atmosphere: Offshore established the project's identity, while Saltwater and Don't Give Up became enduring crossover singles. He also runs the Modena label and has continued to tour and release music under the Chicane name, keeping the project tied to the melodic side of club culture.
