About
The sound
Chlär is a Swiss DJ, producer and mastering engineer whose techno is built around rhythm and movement. His improvised sets use three or four decks, combining loops and his own productions into arrangements that change in response to the room. The same focus on groove runs through his studio work. Beyond performance, he has worked in mastering for labels including Taapion, RAW and Ritmo Fatale, and co-run Bipolar Disorder. He also founded Primal Instinct Rec., extending his work into label direction, A&R and event curation.
