Chris Di Perri is a Cologne-born, Italian-rooted DJ and producer whose work sits between tech house, minimal and groove-led club music. He began spinning records at fourteen and, at seventeen, took up a residency with Cologne’s Solar Elektro Sound, a formative base for his musical development. His sets are built around driving low-end, tight percussion and a practical sense of dancefloor movement, with enough flexibility to move from stripped-back minimal passages to fuller tech-house pressure. Di Perri has played internationally across Europe, the United Arab Emirates and Thailand, and his Ibiza history includes appearances at Capadi Rebels, Sankeys, Benimussa Park and Café del Mar. He began producing in 2013, developing a catalogue that has appeared through Moon Harbour, Mindshake, Desolat, Muna Musik, Kittball, Upon You, elrow Music and other specialist labels. Tracks such as “Space Modulation,” “Really Simple,” “Body Lies,” “Blow” and “Big Nrg” show a consistent focus on groove, texture and forward motion. Support from artists including Loco Dice and Paco Osuna places his productions in the contemporary tech-house conversation, while collaborations with Simes and Melanie Ribbe add a broader studio dimension. Chris Di Perri’s sound remains club-focused and energetic, combining precise arrangement with the warmth and swing of a selector who understands how a room develops over time.
