About
The sound
Chris Lake is a British house producer and DJ, founder of Black Book Records and one half of Anti Up with Chris Lorenzo. His work spans solo records, collaborative projects and the Under Construction partnership with FISHER. Tracks including “Turn Off the Lights,” “I Want You,” “In the Yuma” and “Beggin’” are part of a catalogue built around direct vocals, bass lines and club rhythm. His 2025 album Chemistry brought that collaborative approach into a full-length project. Alongside the album, he launched Chemistry Radio on Apple Music, combining his own mixes with guest selections. Other collaborations include “in2minds” with Disclosure, “Summertime Blues” with Sammy Virji, and “La Noche” with Skrillex and ANITA B QUEEN.
