About
The sound
Cloonee is the recording name of British DJ and producer Dave Bissett. His house and tech-house records bring together heavy basslines, clipped percussion and playful vocal hooks. Alongside his own productions, he runs the Hellbent label, giving that club-focused sound a platform for further releases. An EP for Elrow Music in 2017 marked an early step in his recording career. Releases on Desert Hearts and Repopulate Mars followed, while The Ciggie appeared on Solid Grooves. Be Good To Me continued that sequence in 2019.
