About
The sound
D-Ramønes is the father-and-son DJ partnership of José María Ramón and Iluhan Ramón. The duo brings different generations of musical experience to an electronic sound that moves between Afro house, deep house, Latin tech and techno. A central part of their approach is reworking familiar Spanish-language songs for the dancefloor. Music associated with José Luis Perales, Mari Trini and Miguel Bosé sits alongside newer electronic material, giving their sets a connection to pop songwriting as well as club rhythm.
