About

The sound

De La Swing is the recording name of Madrid-born DJ and producer Domingo Bellot. He began DJing at sixteen, drawing initially on techno and drum and bass before developing a wider club vocabulary. His long association with Elrow began in 2010, and his work has combined DJing with production and label activity around Elrow Music, Florida Music and Ker Recordings. His catalogue includes Together / Fireworks, Contiene Groove, Hi Score and Baracoa. He has also explored a different side of his selections through the Smoke Signals alias. Across his releases and recorded mixes, house grooves sit alongside the darker textures and rhythmic drive that informed his early musical interests.
