Delilah

About

The sound

Delilah is a London house artist whose work brings DJing, production and her own vocals together. After leaving a career in finance, she committed herself to music, developing her studio practice alongside her work behind the decks. Deep underground house forms the centre of her selections, while her productions draw on soulful house, garage rhythms and heavier bass sounds. Her debut single Get Up And Go was followed by Need To Breathe. Both belong to a project in which she writes and sings as well as produces, giving the tracks a vocal character alongside their club rhythms. The same mix of melody, rhythm and bass shapes her DJ sets and her presence on Rinse FM.
