Denis Sulta is Glasgow producer and DJ Hector Barbour, known for colourful, melodic house that can turn toward disco, trance, hard house and warehouse techno without losing its emotional pull. His education at Rubadub record shop and Sub Club led to releases on Dixon Avenue Basement Jams, Numbers and Ninja Tune, plus the Sulta Selects label and touring series. The single-n spelling Denis and canonical platform identity are retained to avoid false matches with other Sulta or Dennis projects.
