About
The sound
Dombresky is a French-born house DJ and producer based in Los Angeles. His interest in music began with playing his father’s drums, later developing into electronic production. He has cited Jamiroquai and Prince among his influences, with house and garage forming part of a wider musical background. His track Technikal launched Insomniac’s In / Rotation imprint in 2017. His subsequent work includes founding Process Records and remixing artists such as Taylor Swift, Louis the Child and Foster the People. Tracks including Soul Sacrifice, Running and El Beso sit alongside that remix catalogue, bringing his rhythmic house style into both original recordings and reinterpretations of other artists’ music.
