About
The sound
Eric Prydz is a Swedish DJ and producer whose work spans progressive house, melodic club music and techno. He records under his own name and the aliases Pryda and Cirez D, using them to develop different sides of his production. Pryda is associated with his progressive material, while Cirez D and the Mouseville catalogue explore a more techno-focused direction. His own-name discography includes the 2016 album Opus and the later single NOPUS. Visual production also forms a major part of his live work. HOLO, introduced in 2018, uses holographic imagery within a touring concert format; Holosphere places the performance inside a large LED sphere.
