Floorplan is Robert Hood’s house and techno project, expanded in 2016 when his daughter Lyric joined the live and DJ work. The sound combines gospel warmth with hard-edged rhythms, drawing on Hood’s Underground Resistance and M-Plant history without becoming a museum piece. Robert and Lyric remain one act, while their individual careers and production histories stay visible in the background.
