Grant Nelson is a British DJ and producer whose records helped shape UK garage. After early releases as Wishdokta, he co-founded Nice 'n' Ripe with George Power in 1993 and developed a house sound influenced by American garage. Swing City followed in 1995. His Bump & Flex project explored tougher, broken-beat garage, while his remix work includes Negrocan's Cada Vez. Alongside production, his Housecall radio archive documents his continuing work as a house selector.
