About

The sound

Hannah Laing is a DJ and producer from Dundee whose music brings hard house, trance and bouncy techno together. Growing up around house and trance records gave her an early connection with dance music, and those influences remain audible in the melodic hooks and forceful rhythms of her productions. Her edit of Sophie Ellis-Bextor's Murder on the Dancefloor became an early point of attention before releases including Good Love. Alongside her own recordings, she runs the doof project. Her catalogue includes Pedicure Princess and Hijack The System, while Stomp Your Feet brings her together with Marlon Hoffstadt and Caroline Roxy.
