Ian Asher is a California-born American DJ and producer working at the bright, hook-led end of house music. His productions pair crisp club drums with melodic vocals and world-influenced touches, creating tracks that can travel from a short social clip to a full-room set without losing their dancefloor focus. Years spent refining edits, remixes and original productions in the studio shaped a direct, recognizable style. His breakthrough came through a remix of Jain’s Makeba, a version that became one of the most-used sounds on Instagram and TikTok during the summer of 2023 and went on to pass 80 million Spotify streams.
