Ilario Alicante, born in Livorno in 1988, developed from home-made mixes into a resident at Pisa's Pachamama Club before joining the Cocoon orbit. His production and DJ work move through house, minimal and techno influences, with early releases such as Vacaciones en Chile and Living Near Africa establishing his international profile. He has since performed globally and issued music through projects including Deep Moves and Virgo, as well as labels such as Drumcode.
