About
The sound
Interactive Noise is the project of Mexican producer Hugo Venegas, whose music brings progressive trance and psytrance into contact with techno, house and minimal sounds. He began the project in 2007 and shared early productions on Myspace. In a 2023 interview, he described learning techniques through a music-production magazine and its community, an experience that also gave the project its name. His catalogue includes Reeperbahn, Hello with Neelix, and his remix of Liquid Hook by Liquid Soul and Captain Hook. In 2023 he released the two-track Dissociaxion EP on Indira Paganotto's ARTCORE label, pairing The Punisher featuring Lil Jorck with Where Is My Mind. His artist archive brings together those productions with later tracks including Arcadia and The Architect.
