JAMIIE

About

The sound

JAMIIE is a German-Nigerian DJ and producer based in Berlin, working primarily with Afro house. Her connection with the RISE collective began in 2016, and she became a resident at Watergate. Her selections and productions bring that club background into music shaped by percussion, melody and vocals. Her Unfold Voices EP introduced her productions on Watergate Records, including Voices and Unfold Me. She later released Indawo Yonke with Tabia and Owa Oda on Sondela in 2025 and collaborated with Ape Drums on 111. Remix work for labels including Anjunadeep, My Other Side of the Moon and ULU forms another part of her catalogue.
