Jasper James is a Glasgow DJ and producer whose musical education began in the city’s club culture and grew into a long-running international career. He was the youngest artist to play Glasgow’s Sub Club, later became a founding resident at London’s Phonox, and built a reputation for extended sets that treat house music as a narrative rather than a sequence of isolated peaks. His sound is rooted in house but open to disco, techno, breakbeat and the stranger edges of the UK underground.
