About

The sound

Jean Claude Ades is an electronic DJ and producer whose work combines melodic detail with music made for the dancefloor. His recordings for Scorpios Music move between piano-led house, atmospheric vocals and more percussive passages, reflecting an approach that crosses genre boundaries. On My Mind pairs piano melodies with kick drums and a vocal hook. Together, made with Re.You, centres on hope and unity, while the Awake EP explores contrasts between light and darkness. His Talk to Me EP includes a remix by Ulises. These releases show different sides of his studio work, from reflective melodic pieces to tracks built around a more direct club rhythm.
