Jessica Brankka is the artist name of Brazilian DJ and producer Jessica Rodrigues, a São Paulo–based selector whose sets move between Afro house, melodic techno, progressive house and deep house. Her musical identity is built around a strong physical groove and a willingness to let percussion, atmosphere and melody share the same space. She developed through Brazil’s club circuit before carrying that sound to international rooms and festivals in Ibiza, Mykonos, Miami and Milan, with performances associated with Hï Ibiza, Warung Beach Club, Warung Day Festival and Cavo Paradiso. Brankka’s studio work includes the Lampião EP made with Floyd Lavine for Frau Blau, a release whose support from Solomun, BLOND:ISH, Joris Voorn and Matthias Tanzmann placed her in a wider Afro-house conversation. The EP’s remixers included Stereo MC’s, Alma Negra, Uriah Klapter and Baris K, reflecting her ability to connect regional Brazilian energy with a global producer network. Her later catalogue includes Musk for Crosstown Rebels, Too Many Roads, The Blue Point, Care Of and the Get Physical Radio project, balancing percussive club tracks with more spacious melodic material. She is also recognized for an expressive, high-energy stage presence: long blends, layered rhythm and sharp transitions make each set feel both muscular and open-ended. Brankka continues to develop as a touring artist and producer while using her platform to support diversity and emerging voices in electronic music.
