About
The sound
Job Jobse is an Amsterdam DJ and curator whose selections move between house, techno, Italo, new wave and other forms of club music. His formative years at Club 11 introduced him to programming and selection. At Trouw, he worked first as a booker and later as a resident, connecting local artists with international guests. His career also includes work as manager of the Life and Death label and involvement in the Drukpers series. He later founded Strangelove, extending his activity as a curator. Recorded DJ mixes and radio contributions document the range of his selections alongside that club and label history.
