About

The sound

Josh Baker is a Manchester DJ and producer who began exploring dance music at 17. His house sound developed alongside You&Me, the party and record label he founded, and the Hide&Seek festival. His releases include “Back It Up,” “Something To Me” and “You Don't Own Me.” Music education is another part of his work. Through Syntho, Baker shares production techniques and lessons drawn from his own studio practice, including the creation of tracks such as “Work It Out” and “Handle This.”
