Julian Jordan is the professional name of Dutch DJ and producer Julian Dobbenberg, an Apeldoorn-born artist whose career began while he was still in his teens. Early productions brought him into the Dutch dance-label network through Spinnin' Records, where Rock Steady and collaborations such as Kangaroo with Sander van Doorn and BFAM with Martin Garrix established a precise, high-impact production style. He studied dance production at the Herman Brood Academy and developed his sound through a succession of club records rather than settling around one breakthrough. The Seven EP and the Goldkid label period gave him an independent platform, while later work with STMPD RCRDS sharpened a catalogue that moves between electro house, bass-driven club music, progressive lift and more stripped-back rhythmic ideas.
