Junior Rush is a Greek DJ and producer whose career began in 1997, when he became a resident at Athens’ Amfiteatro at seventeen. Early residencies at Amfiteatro and Kingsize gave him a demanding education in reading large crowds and adapting across house, deep, progressive, tribal and trance sounds. He later held summer residencies at Remezzo in Mykonos, Venue in Athens and Astra in Mykonos, where the long-running Staydeep parties became part of his signature. Cavo Paradiso added another important chapter from 2012, placing him in the club’s international DJ community and alongside artists such as Axwell, Alesso, W&W, Nervo and Fedde Le Grand. Junior Rush’s sound continues to draw on progressive house, electro, EDM and deep house, while his sets remain shaped by close attention to atmosphere and audience response. He released the Feel the Rush compilation in 2005 and the Staydeep compilation in 2008, and his own JuniorRush SoundCloud carries later productions and recordings including Only When I Lose My Self and the Not4U sessions. With roots in Athens and a strong Mykonos connection, Junior Rush brings an experienced, adaptable approach to the decks and to his studio work.
