KC Lights is the Scottish DJ, producer and musician Kerr Slaven. His official biography places his childhood on the Isle of Bute, where early interests in composition and performance led to an honours music degree and university awards. A teenage visit to Ibiza redirected that training toward electronic music, giving him the foundation for an uplifting house sound built with a musician’s attention to melody and arrangement. He has carried that approach from radio performances on BBC Radio 1, RTE Pulse and SiriusXM to clubs and festivals including Creamfields, ADE, Printworks, Ministry of Sound and The Warehouse Project.
