About
The sound
Lara Klart is an Ecuadorian DJ and producer based in Miami. She became involved in electronic music as a promoter before moving to Mexico in 2014, where an early club residency helped her develop as a DJ. After moving to Miami in 2016, she began releasing her own tracks, including “Liar,” “Bipolar” and “My Love.” Her music spans techno, psytrance and hard trance, following earlier experiments with house and melodic sounds. She has collaborated with Todd Terry and Giorgia Angiuli and released music through Artcore, Terminator and Chlore. In January 2024 she founded Janus Rekordz, adding label curation to her production and DJ work.
