Leafar Legov is a German electronic producer and DJ closely associated with the Giegling collective. Amsterdam Dance Event's artist profile places his early work in Hannover, where he made music with Konstantin before Giegling developed into a label and artistic community. That partnership also became Kettenkarussell, a live and production project known for restrained house rhythms, fragile melody and an unusually spacious approach to club music. Legov's solo work moves more freely between ambient sketches, subdued hip-hop instrumentals and four-to-the-floor forms. Releases including Talk, GOES and Sundays show a producer interested in atmosphere and emotional pacing rather than a single functional template. The earlier Robert Oh name and his entirely unreleased-production Resident Advisor podcast reveal further parts of the same studio practice. In DJ sets, his selections favour gradual transitions and tonal continuity, allowing softer or more cinematic material to coexist with house structures.
