The sound
LuGotti is the musical project of Luis Gutiérrez, a saxophonist and producer from León, Spain. His training took him through the León Conservatory and Madrid’s Escuela de Música Creativa before he graduated in saxophone performance from Berklee College of Music. His work combines saxophone with jazz, R&B, funk and electronic production. His catalogue includes Crossing Fingers, Beats & Music and Bonito Problema. Alongside recording and live performance, he has taught saxophone, composition, production and mixing through Music Lab. The combination of instrumental training and studio work gives his electronic performances a live musical element, with saxophone remaining at the centre of the project.
