About
The sound
Meeshy is a London DJ, producer and sound artist whose musical background began with classical violin. She went on to study music, music technology and music management before developing a club sound that brings tech house together with minimal and deep house. Her productions combine a prominent low end with textured percussion and restrained melodic elements, while her Moroccan and Jamaican heritage forms part of her musical influences. In April 2025 she launched ÚNICA, adding her own party platform to her work in the studio and behind the decks. Her recordings include Daddy Cool, and her wider practice also encompasses sound-based experiences beyond the club.
