Mochakk is Brazilian DJ and producer Pedro Maia, whose expressive house music grew out of São Paulo’s hip-hop, skating and instrument-playing culture. He began experimenting with mixes and beats young, then developed an energetic, groove-heavy style that connects funk, house and percussive club music. International recognition followed releases and performances for Circoloco, Cercle and major festivals, while his MOTRAXX project provides a home for the broader creative world around his music.
