About
The sound
Monolink is the electronic music project of singer-songwriter and producer Steffen Linck. Guitar and his own voice are central to his live performances, set against synthesizers and programmed rhythms. His songs bring narrative writing into a club-music setting, allowing acoustic playing and electronic production to develop together. His catalogue includes The End with Acid Pauli and the 2018 album Amniotic, alongside remixes and edits of music by Il Civetto and Nils Frahm. The Beauty Of It All continues a recording career built around the relationship between vocal songs and electronic arrangements. On stage, the same combination gives the project a performance format that makes room for live guitar and singing.
