About
The sound
Morgan Dope is a DJ and producer whose musical development began in Mexico and includes a close connection with Tulum. His productions and sets bring Latin, Arabic and Mediterranean influences into organic house, progressive house and downtempo, using percussion and melodic detail across different tempos. His recordings include “La Reunión” with Estray, “Revelation” and “La Ofrenda,” alongside remix work around tracks such as “Premonition.” Releases have appeared through Shango Records, Dialtone, Wanderlust Music and Akasha MX. That catalogue connects his interest in regional musical textures with electronic arrangements made for both listening and dancing.
