MORTEN

About

The sound

MORTEN is Danish DJ and producer Morten Breum. His music pairs melodic vocal writing with heavy bass and sharply defined drums, combining song-focused elements with the force of large-scale club production. His career began in Denmark before expanding through original releases, remixes and international DJ performances. His collaboration with David Guetta includes “Never Be Alone,” featuring Aloe Blacc, and the New Rave EP. Together, their work helped establish the future-rave sound associated with both artists. MORTEN’s catalogue also includes remix work connected with Guetta and Justin Bieber, while his live career has taken him to festivals including Ultra Music Festival and EDC Las Vegas.
