About

The sound

Paige Tomlinson is a DJ and producer who developed her craft in Liverpool’s underground club scene. Her sets draw on the records of the 1990s, moving through house, electro, techno and breakbeat. She won Defected Records’ Unsung Heroes talent search in 2022, and subsequently toured with Defected and Darius Syrossian. Her productions have developed towards hard house, progressive house and trance, with the Butts Bumpin’ EP and a remix of L.P. Rhythm’s People Dancin’ among her releases. That studio work extends the fast-moving, rhythm-focused approach of her DJ sets. Early support from Liverpool’s Yousef and appearances at venues including fabric helped connect her local beginnings with a wider club audience.
