About

The sound

PAWSA is a London-based DJ and producer whose tech house uses driving grooves, sparse melodies and vocal samples, often drawing on hip-hop. Much of his catalogue appears through Solid Grooves Records and PAWZ, placing his productions within labels closely connected to his own dancefloor approach. The Groovy Cat and Party date from 2017, followed by Roll Play in 2019 and ALL EYEZ in 2021. His 2024 releases include Too Cool To Be Careless, Dirty Cash (Money Talks) and Pick Up The Phone featuring Nate Dogg. Subsequent tracks include BANG BANG with Malachiii, DOUBLE C for F1 The Album and Ride On Me. His own SoundCloud archive also preserves the 2024 Essential Mix and a recording from PAWSA In The Park London in 2025. The longer DJ recordings sit alongside the individual tracks, offering a fuller view of how his productions and selections work across an extended set.
